The Moscato grapes are lightly pressed. The must undergoes cold fermentation in an autoclave, where a natural prise de mousse creates the wine's sparkle.

A sweet sparkling wine, straw yellow in colour, with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is floral and characteristic of Moscato. On the palate, freshness balances the sweetness, giving a pleasant, lively impression.
