Barbaresco DOCG from the 2023 vintage, made from Nebbiolo and carrying 14% alcohol. Available in a 0.75 L bottle.
Tasting profile
Typical garnet red. The intense, complex bouquet combines dried rose with spicy suggestions of camphor and clove; a clear liquorice note emerges after a few minutes in the glass. Elegant and delicate on the palate, with silky tannins and a pleasantly extended, long finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with roasts, fine poultry, feathered game or medium-aged cheeses.
