Tasting profile
Bright ruby red, tending toward orange hues with age. The layered, ethereal bouquet brings harmonious fruit that develops into a pleasant spicy texture. Dry and complete on the palate, with an austere, sustained progression, firmness and distinguished character.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with roasts, stews, fillets, red meats, furred and other game. It also accompanies tagliolini with truffle and ravioli del plin.
