Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on a gravel and limestone plateau composed of pebbles, clay and flint. These soils contribute minerality and freshness.
Vinification
The grapes undergo a brief cold maceration on the skins to extract delicate colour and aromas, followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. The must is statically settled to remove larger particles and control the aromatic profile, then fermented traditionally in stainless steel at 18 °C.

The bottle has a rich yellow label, reflecting the wine’s light, vibrant character. The wine is informally known as “Think Yellow.”
