Label / history
The “Poderi di Carlo” brand was created to promote the winemaking traditions of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its wines bear the name of Carlo Primosic, founder of the family business. In the late nineteenth century, he left Collio with carts carrying large wooden barrels in search of a better future. The name Carlo is passed to one heir in each new generation of the Primosic family, together with the family’s love of winemaking.
