Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Frascati DOC area near Rome, at around 200 metres above sea level. The vines are 15–30 years old and grow in soils rich in volcanic rock, which contributes freshness and finesse.
Grapes
The blend consists mainly of Malvasia di Candia and Malvasia del Lazio, with other white varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, both by hand and mechanically. The wine is made in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
It rests in stainless-steel tanks for two months.
Tasting profile
The nose is expressive and floral. The palate is juicy and fruity, with freshness and finesse.

Frascati takes its name from its region of origin.
