Vineyard and terroir

Pora MGA. The 2021 technical sheet records 10.7 hectares with south and southwest exposure. The clay-limestone soil contains sandy veins, while the cru’s proximity to the Tanaro creates a microclimate associated with Pora’s open, approachable expression. Grapes for this release came from vineyards owned by Dellaferrera and Manzone.

Grapes

100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 30°C, followed by 28 days of skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation is completed.

Ageing
