Vinification
For the 2009 vintage, the grapes were harvested in September and October. Fermentation lasted 25 days in stainless-steel tanks at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matured for 18 months in 225- and 500-litre French oak barrels.
Label / history
First released in 2006, Belvedere is produced in quantities of approximately 7,000 bottles per year.
