Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and gently pressed. The must is then clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature.

Label / history
The name Tenuta Rapitala translates from Arabic as “river of Allah”. Count Bernard Hugonis de Gatinais founded the estate in 1971 and rebuilt its cellars and winery after they were almost completely destroyed in the Belice Valley earthquake.
