Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand in early September at optimal ripeness for juice extraction. After pressing, the must was clarified by settling and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matured in the same stainless steel tanks for six months, followed by one month in bottle.
