Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September and gently pressed. The must ferments naturally in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by four months in bottle.

The aroma is pleasant and complex, while the palate is lively and clean.
