“Late Disgorgement” is conceived as a tribute to time and to the extended period devoted to the bottles. Fermentation and maturation proceed according to the wine’s gradual development, culminating in a deliberately delayed disgorgement.
Vintage notes
The shop presentation contains one bottle from 2008 and one from 2009.
