Tasting profile
A light, dry white wine with a pale straw-yellow colour. The nose is fresh and fruity, with a lightly spicy character. The palate is dry, soft, elegant and balanced.
Serving and pairing
Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, light meals, rice dishes and fish dishes. Best enjoyed young.
