Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from hillside vineyards in the Custoza area of Verona, Veneto. The vines are cultivated through integrated farming intended to reduce environmental impact.

Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Tocai Friulano and Cortese.
Vinification
The grapes are selected and picked by hand. Traditional white vinification comprises soft pressing, processing without the skins and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Technical data
Alcohol: 13% vol. Total acidity: 5.8 g/L. Residual sugar: 5 g/L. Presented in a 750 ml Sophia bottle.
Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fruity, elegant and lightly aromatic. The palate is dry, soft, savoury and harmonious.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 9–10 °C as an aperitif or with fish, mixed fried dishes, eggs with asparagus, pasta or risotto with vegetables, white meat and grilled chicken. Intended to be enjoyed young.
