Vineyard and terroir
Late-harvest Corvina Veronese is grown in the Lake Garda area of Veneto. Production yields are kept low, although no numerical yield is given, and the grapes are harvested by hand.

100% Corvina Veronese.
Vinification
After pressing and destemming, the grapes ferment at controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins lasts 10–15 days.
Ageing
Maturation lasts almost nine months in wood. Half of the wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels and the other half in French barriques made from Allier oak.
Technical data
Alcohol: 14% vol. Total acidity: 5.6 g/L. Residual sugar: 6.5 g/L. Dry extract: 30.5 g/L. Presented in a 750 ml Superbia bottle.
Tasting profile
Deep ruby red. Cherry and marasca cherry lead the bouquet, accompanied by red-fruit and spice aromas. The palate is velvety, soft and full-bodied, with considerable persistence.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–17 °C with meat, game and mature cheeses.
