Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and kept in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 15 days. Maceration lasts 10–15 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel vats for eight months.
