Vinification
Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes are dried naturally until raisined, with the resulting must required to contain at least 26% sugar. Fermentation takes place in wooden vessels of no more than 5 hl.
Ageing
The wine matures for three years in oak barrels.

The aroma is complex, rich and heady. The palate is intense and vibrant, with notes of candied fruit and hints of citrus.
