Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo appassimento, drying on bamboo mats in large barns for at least four months. This concentrates the grapes and increases their residual sugar before fermentation.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine matures for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.

The aroma is intriguing. The palate is juicy, approachable and rich, with concentrated, intense fruit and a slightly sweet character.
