Vineyard and terroir
Riesling Renano grows at Tenuta Serra dei Fiori in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella, on a particularly favourable south-east-facing site. The grapes ripen at high altitude, although the precise elevation is not specified.

100% Riesling Renano.
Vinification
Selected grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must is allowed to settle before controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel until bottling and then rests in bottle for at least six months.
Tasting profile
Intense and penetrating. In youth, it shows marked citrus and green-apple fruit; bottle development brings increasingly distinct mineral nuances. The palate is fresh, with pronounced acidity associated with the vineyard’s altitude, together with savoury character and good concentration. The finish is lively, juicy and stony.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C. Pair with seafood, ranging from raw fish to more elaborate preparations.

Riesling originated in the colder Rhine and Moselle valleys. Here, its strength and elegance are expressed in the Langhe landscape, on land once covered by the sea.
