Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in Bolgheri on a southeast-facing slope at 80 metres above sea level. They are 10 years old on average.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional white-wine vinification in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The use of steel preserves their aromatic character and freshness.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks for four months, followed by at least two months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
