Vineyard and terroir
The Syrah is grown in the Menfi area on iron-rich sandy soils, where it reaches ideal ripeness.
Vinification
Vinified entirely in steel tanks, with maceration for 8–10 days at 22–25 °C.
Ageing
Matured for three months at 10 °C in the same steel tanks, followed by a further three months in bottle.
