Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo fruit comes from Settesoli’s own vineyards in southwestern Sicily. The region has a Mediterranean climate, with consistent sunshine, moderate rainfall and coastal breezes that temper temperature changes and ventilate the vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

Fresh and elegant, with ripe-fruit aromas and flavours.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood, vegetables and summer salads.
