Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the organic "Saccol" vineyard on the steep hillsides of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. They are grown and harvested by hand, enabling careful selection.
Grapes
Glera accounts for at least 85% of the blend, with Verdiso, Bianchetta Trevigiana and Perera.
Vinification
The wine is produced with minimal intervention using the traditional method. After six months on its lees in steel tanks, the base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. No dosage is added after disgorgement.
Ageing
The base wine remains on its lees in steel for six months, followed by eight months of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Tasting profile
Balanced, characterful and refreshing, with a lively and dynamic character alongside a refined, soft texture.
