Vinification
Traditional vinification includes fermentation under strict temperature control.
Ageing
The wine ages for two years in oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
It has an expressive bouquet and rich flavour. Refreshing acidity and rounded tannins give it good balance, while the texture is silky and smooth. The structure is refined and the finish long.
