Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from one of Piedmont's oldest vineyards, known since ancient Roman times. The climate-sensitive vines grow in limestone and limestone-clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September. They are gently pressed, after which the must is chilled and filtered. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature at the San Quirico winery in Diano d'Alba, near Alba.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The nose has a sweet character. Gentle effervescence accompanies a fresh, light profile.
