Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Masseria Surani’s vineyards in the Salento region. The vines are Guyot-trained on limestone-based soils rich in iron. The estate vineyards surround an early-20th-century masseria and are cultivated according to organic-viticulture principles, with attention to natural resources and biodiversity.
Grapes
Primitivo 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats for 12–15 days, with frequent pumping of the must over the skins.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in oak casks.

Alcohol: 13% vol. Bottle size: 750 ml.
Tasting profile
Bright ruby red. The aroma is intensely fruity, led by cherry, blackberry and plum, and finishes with a light spicy note. The palate is enveloping and full-flavoured, combining savoury persistence with an appealing sense of lightness and freshness.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. Its freshness and lightness make it versatile at the table, particularly with first courses based on white meat or vegetables, fresh cheeses, and pizza.

Soranì is the name of the place where Masseria Surani stands. The location is personified on the label as an elegant, mysterious and passionate woman reflecting the character of the surrounding area.
Production and packaging
No products of animal origin or ingredients containing allergens are used during production. Cellar resources are managed to limit waste and encourage recycling. Packaging includes FSC-certified organic corks, an FSC-certified paper label and recycled-paper cardboard.
