Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand while their acidity remains high. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks for several months before bottling.

The aroma combines a hint of the sea with notes of wild herbs and flowers. The palate is fresh and delicate, with a pleasantly balanced texture.
