Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese comes from estate vineyards outside the Montalcino area, at 220 m above sea level. The 20-year-old vines are trained to spurred cordon. Brown clay-loam soils contain limestone plates and rounded stones.
Grapes
Sangiovese.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The juice settles for 48 hours at 5°C before undergoing a slow fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 20°C, a process intended to retain aromatic freshness.
Technical data
The latest published vintage is 2025. Toscana IGT; 11% alcohol. Available in 0.75 L bottles.
Tasting profile
Powder-pink in colour. The delicate aroma recalls fresh woodland fruit, including wild strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. The palate is lively and refreshing, with balance, roundness and a smooth texture.
