Vinification
The grapes are harvested in several passes from mid-September to mid-October, as they ripen. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes cold settling, then fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 5–6 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling it rests a further six months in bottle.
Vintage notes
2023: a moderately cool spring and a dry, sunny summer let the grapes ripen evenly and gave the wine an expressive freshness.
