Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Tamellini’s 30 hectares of estate vineyards. The vines were planted in 1960 and 1986 on limestone soils with southern exposure. The vineyards are managed using integrated pest management, with grass grown between the rows to help maintain the ecosystem’s balance.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at peak ripeness, with each bunch selected individually. Whole bunches are gently pressed without destemming. The wine undergoes the traditional method, with tirage liqueur added before bottling.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for at least five years.
Tasting profile
It has exceptionally fine bubbles and a complex bouquet.
