Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in volcanic soils in the Montedolce area, on the northern slope of Mount Etna.
Vinification
For the 2022 vintage, the grapes were harvested from 24 to 28 September. Fermentation lasted 12 days under temperature-controlled conditions at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rested for four months in stainless steel tanks.
