Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Syrah and Vermentino are grown near the sea. The coastal origin contributes characteristic mineral and marine nuances.
Grapes
Syrah and Vermentino.
Vinification
The harvested grapes are moved quickly to the cellar to avoid damage to the bunches. Whole bunches are loaded into the press under oxygen-free conditions and subjected to exceptionally soft, gentle pressure. The carefully selected must is then settled for at least 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for three months in stainless steel, including several months on fine lees, before a further period in bottle.
Technical data
Alcohol: 12%. Available in 0.75 L, Magnum and 3 L formats.
Tasting profile
Alìe 2025 is pale pink with a peach tinge. The elegant bouquet combines grapefruit with ripe fresh fruit, rose and peony, followed by Mediterranean herbs and sea-spray notes. It is savoury and fresh on the palate, with notable harmony between aroma and flavour.
The broader house profile combines white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peel with a delicate structure, mineral accents and a long, rich finish.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an apéritif and with meals.
Vintage notes
The balanced 2025 season followed a mild, rainy winter. Rain was concentrated in February and continued through spring, replenishing groundwater and supporting regular, even budding. June and July were very hot, and temperatures remained above average before being moderated by September rainfall.
Label / history
Alìe takes its name from a sea nymph in Greek mythology, a figure associated with sensuality and beauty.
