Vintage notes
The first part of the 2025 season brought substantial rainfall. Winter and spring rain built strong soil-water reserves, and budbreak proceeded regularly from late March into early April. Mild April and May temperatures supported balanced vegetative growth and uniform shoots. Flowering occurred during the second half of May under generally favourable conditions, producing even fruit set. Summer was drier, particularly in June, while veraison advanced steadily from late July to early August. July rain and evenly distributed precipitation during September and October accompanied ripening without climatic extremes. Harvest conditions were favourable, and the healthy grapes combined ripeness, freshness and aromatic concentration.
