Vineyard and terroir
The Tenuta Sorsei vineyard lies at Cavaion in the historic Bardolino Classico area, among the glacial moraine hills near the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. Its light, gravelly soils, 140-metre elevation and east/west exposure are moderated by the lake’s relatively mild, less humid microclimate. The vines are trained on a vertical trellis, and the vineyard has held BIOS organic certification since 1999.
Vinification
A natural, organically farmed and environmentally conscious macerated rosé.

VARDA belongs to a group of wines whose dialect names evoke the estate’s local roots and the spontaneous expressions associated with summer outings overlooking Lake Garda.
