Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in municipalities of the Langhe area, on sandy-calcareous soils. Vines are trained on vertical trellises and Guyot-pruned. Maximum yield is 10 tonnes per hectare. Picking is entirely manual and takes place in the first half of September.
Grapes
100% Favorita.
Vinification
The crushed, destemmed grapes are pressed, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel at 16–18°C. Malolactic fermentation is not envisaged.
Ageing
The wine spends at least two months in stainless steel on its lees, with weekly bâtonnage.

Tasting profile
Straw yellow. Floral and fruity aromas lead to an elegant, delicate palate with good persistence.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C. Ready to drink, it can be poured as an aperitif or paired with light starters and seafood dishes.
