Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from south-west-facing vineyards in Central Tuscany. Their calcareous soils are of marine origin and contain abundant white seashells, contributing elegance and complexity. The vines are trained to VSP and pruned according to the Guyot system.

Malvasia, Trebbiano and Vermentino.
Vinification
After delicate crushing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 12–14 °C to retain the grapes’ delicate aromas and flavours.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow in colour and medium-bodied, with balanced acidity. Floral aromas are accompanied by banana and pineapple. The palate is dry and fresh, with good body and a clean finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C. Pair with risotto, herb-seasoned chicken, savoury pies and fish main courses.
