Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are mainly planted on limestone soils in Trentino. The cool climate has pronounced differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, with cold winters and hot summers. The soils contribute distinct mineral notes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, they are gently pressed and undergo skin maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in oak barriques.
