Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Trentino with predominantly limestone soils. The climate is cool, with pronounced day-to-night temperature differences, cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, they are gently pressed and undergo a short cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for several months.
