Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on limestone-rich soils. The climate is cool, with pronounced differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, cold winters and hot summers. The soils contribute distinctive mineral notes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and destemmed at the winery. Fermentation and extended skin maceration take place in truncated cone-shaped stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for 36 months.
