Vineyard and terroir

The Pinot Nero is organically grown in vineyards in Trentino. Predominantly limestone soils contribute distinctive mineral notes. The area has a cool climate, marked day–night temperature differences, cold winters and hot summers.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, they are gently pressed and undergo seven days of skin maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
