Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Trentino, where the soils are predominantly limestone. The climate is cool, with marked day-to-night temperature differences, cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, it is gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for several months.
