Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Trentino, where predominantly limestone soils contribute distinctive mineral notes. The climate is cool, with marked day–night temperature differences, cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, they are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 12 months.
