Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. They undergo maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine is filtered three times before packaging.
Label / history
Tombacco produces the La Vite range exclusively in the patented Bag-in-Keg format. The packaging consists of an aluminium bag inside a plastic container, protecting the wine from air and light to preserve its freshness, flavour and quality.
