Tasting profile
Intense, deep ruby red. The fragrance is richly fruity, led by cherry. Medium-bodied yet intense on the palate, with spicy notes, a velvety texture and generous flavour.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C. Pair with white or red meats, game, and either fresh or aged cheeses.
Label / history
The name Graticcio refers to the local term for the traditional bamboo racks on which grapes were laid to dry before vinification.
