Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the youngest vines in Torre Zambra’s organic vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October. Skin maceration and fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks at 28–30 °C. No animal-derived products are used during production, and the wine is certified vegan.
Ageing
The wine matures in concrete tanks for 12 months, followed by three months of rest in the winery’s cellars after bottling.

Fresh and approachable, with clean aromas and a well-balanced palate.
