Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Rubicone area at 150 m above sea level, on silty, medium-textured soils. The vines were planted in 1983 and between 1995 and 2003.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from 20 September. Maceration lasts 9–12 days at 28–30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in glass-lined and cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Harmonious and juicy, with an inviting aroma and a well-balanced palate.
