Vineyard and terroir
The Albana comes from an organic vineyard in Romagna, planted on clay-limestone soil between 1968 and 1980.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and macerated for 15 days in stainless-steel tanks at 17–19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in the same stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with fruity and floral aromas. The palate is smooth and mouth-filling, with high acidity balanced by sweet fruit and honey notes.
