Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a 30 ha vineyard in Chianti on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed at the winery. Traditional vinification lasts 15 days at 26–28 °C in stainless steel tanks, followed by two filtrations.
Ageing
The young wine ages for three months in large oak barrels.
Serving and pairing
Pair with meat dishes, pasta, vegetables or cheese.
