Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company's own vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then gently pressed and vinified at the winery. Skin maceration lasts 15 to 20 days. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 9 to 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
