The Iove line is produced at Podere Parolino, where the vineyards extend over two sides of the same hill. The twin exposures—north/north-west and east/south-east—support both white and red varieties.
Grapes
Trebbiano. At Podere Parolino, traditional Trebbiano Romagnolo grows alongside Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot; these varieties give rise to the fresh, fruit-driven wines of the Iove line.
